Dale Frens is an architect specializing in architectural restoration and restoration technology, and is principal of Frens and Frens, LLC. He possesses broad expertise in the area of historic architecture, building evaluation, materials conservation and restoration, and project management.

Before establishing Frens and Frens in 1986, Mr. Frens was employed at John Milner Associates, West Chester, PA as a senior specifications writer and project manager. Prior to that he was employed at Jan Hird Pokorny, Architects & Planners, New York, NY as a restoration architect. He is a registered architect in the states of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware, and holds an NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) Certificate. Susan Frens is responsible for managing all architectural programming, space planning, and interior design projects at Frens and Frens. She brings to clients extensive experience in the design and planning of corporate office, educational, health care, library, and museum projects.

Prior to joining Frens and Frens, Susan was employed as an interior designer and space planner by the New York architectural firms of Perkins & Will, Ulrich Franzen & Associates, and Haines Lundberg Waehler, and as an interior designer at CNWC Architects, Tucson, Arizona.  Download Resume

Carol Quigley is a graduate architect trained in the classical language of architecture. She is responsible for the design and project management of historic building rehabilitation projects, adaptive reuse projects, and sensitive building additions. She also designs and manages alterations and additions to historic residences. Prior to joining Frens and Frens, Ms. Quigley was employed for six years as an architectural designer at McIntyre, Batchelor and Capron, Architects, Paoli, Pennsyvania. Download Resume
